Ahead of their Week 6 matchup against the New York Jets on Monday Night Football, James Cook was sidelined due to a nagging toe injury. This was the first NFL game Cook had missed in his three-year career.

As a result, head coach Sean McDermott turned to the next man up on the depth chart: rookie Ray Davis. Davis quickly made his presence felt, racking up over 100 yards from scrimmage in just the first half against the Jets.
